The experience was positive on all fronts (i.e., timeliness, customer service, etc.). They were super helpful when I left my laptop in the trunk of the Mercedes rental. One of the gentlemet literally ran around to the rental car site to get my computer for me.

I was very impressed with the speed of getting signed in, the courteousness of each person I came across during my visit, and the satisfactory completion of the work needed on my Mercedes. Excellent service and friendly personnel. Routine maintenance was completed in the timeframe promised. My car was returned to me in a clean condition -- great wash and vacuum job! The waiting area was very comfortable and has nice amenities such as wifi & beverages.

My Overall experience was great. My sales agent James and Financial Manager Mike went out their way to make my experience with ASC a success. They both were forthcoming in their responses to my inquiries and professional with the overall process. I would definitely recommend ASC to my family and friends. i will also continue to have my vehicle serviced with ASC. Kit Cross is my service advisor whom I've bern with for the past 45 months. it was his professionalism that made my decision easy to purchase my new Mercedes from ASC.

I called and made an appointment but when I arrived they did not have an appointment for me. I know I called the right place because they gave me directions to your location. They weren't too happy about trying to accomodate me, but they did. I'm not sure why because they shuttled me back to my office and I asked the driver if they were busy today and he said "no, not at all." Once they dropped me off, it took them a long time to call me back with their diagnosis. I had sent an email to my Service Advisor and never got a call back. Since I am a short walk to the dealer, I stopped by after I ate lunch around 1:45pm. I was angry and ready to tell them to give me my car back so I could go elsewhere. My advisor (Dan) was somehwat surprised to see me and said that he didn't know what was going on with my car since he had just got back from lunch as well. I guess they get really long lunches or he had a late lunch and failed to talk to the mechanic before he left for lunch. At that point, I asked him if he received my email and he said yes. He said he did not pass the information along to the mechanic because he would tell him to "F" off. Those are the works he used for verbatim. Even know I am easy going, I thought it was very unprofessional for an upscale delaership. The mechanic did a really goof job of diagnosing and fixing my issue but my overall experience was poor.

My experience was positive. I like that you now receive a Mercedes-Benz as a loaner instead of another vehicle. In my opinion the prices were a little higher, but I went to the dealership because it is closer to my home than the other Mercedes-Benz dealerships.

This is my 10th Mercedes-Benz auto purchase and my 6th at ASC! I think that demonstrates my level of satisfaction! Thank you, JM Gaglione
