April 27, 2025 I have purchased several cars and Alvin Daniels was the best.

This was the Best car buying experience I ever had. Frank Namin was the car consultant that I worked with. He was emblematic of the 5 star rated service Mercedes Benz of Arlington provides to their clients.

The repair took a long time, but that was due to the extent of the update. Service was great and on top of it! THANKS!


I had an emergency tire situation...they were able to take me on the spot, my tire was under warranty, didn't have to pay for one but I went ahead and got the other side replaced because it was due soon and I needed the alignment...got a complimentary loaner and my car was done by 330pm. Retrieved my car by 430pm, I was very happy and pleased for the quick turnaround.

In fact, Joe Popperwell, went over and above to win my business, more than any other dealer I've ever had experience with.
